It has the characteristics of large outer diameter, light weight, good shape retention of the grinding wheel working layer, less likely to burn the workpiece on the side, high durability, and long service life. The grinding wheel has high precision, with a runout of 0.015mm on the end face and outer circle, and a contour accuracy of 0.15mm. It can independently design grinding wheels and weight reducing substrates, with a maximum diameter of 1800mm and a maximum grinding wheel layer thickness of 200mm.
