The Company fully complies with the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws and regulations concerning export control. The management of the Company takes the lead in studying and abiding by export control laws, regulations and policies, and requires all employees to comply with relevant provisions. Under no circumstances shall any illegal or non-compliant export be conducted.

Violations of export control laws and regulations may result in significant losses and severe penalties for the Company and relevant individuals. Individuals who commit violations shall face serious consequences, including disciplinary action and/or dismissal; those whose acts violate laws and regulations shall be subject to legal liability in accordance with the law.

The Company has established and continuously improved its internal export control compliance system. To ensure the effective implementation of the system, the Company appoints a Chief Compliance Officer as the person responsible for export control compliance affairs, establishes and improves relevant organizational structures to oversee export control compliance management. The Company shall conduct export control risk reviews on transactions and relevant activities.
