Mainly used for the production and manufacturing of large-sized, high-quality single crystal/polycrystalline diamonds. This product adopts a new generation of disc-shaped cavity design, which is currently the only widely used disc-shaped cavity solution in China.
We have achieved full coverage of two major series, 2450MHz and 915MHz, with models of DiaCentral-6K-D, DiaCentral-10K-D, DiaCentral-36K-D, DiaCentral-50K-D, DiaCentral-75K-D, etc.
It has outstanding characteristics such as maturity, high reliability, good batch consistency, easy cleaning operation of the cavity, avoidance of quartz etching pollution, and large plasma coverage area.
