We can provide two types of products: forged six sided top press and casting six sided top press.

The hinge beam of the forging six sided top press adopts the cylinder beam integrated forging process, which has significant advantages such as fewer manufacturing defects, high strength, high processing accuracy, and long service life, and is more conducive to the large-scale development of the six sided top press. The models include φ650mm, φ800, φ860mm, φ1000mm, etc. The design working pressure reaches 110MPa, the stable use pressure reaches 100MPa, the pressure holding performance is excellent, there is no noise, and the service life can reach more than 200000 times.

The casting six sided top press is mainly designed to meet the diverse needs of different customers. It adopts a cylinder structure with hinge beams and working cylinders, including models such as φ 750mm, φ 850mm, φ 900mm, φ 950mm, and φ 1100mm. The design working pressure reaches 105MPa, and the stable operating pressure is ≤ 95MPa.
