Boron Doped Diamond Electrode

Mainly used for the degradation of industrial organic wastewater, purification of household drinking water, disinfection and sterilization of ozone water in agriculture, catering industry, public places, and air purification by using high concentration hydroxyl radicals generated by electrodes.

It has the advantages of high quality diamond film, high boron doping concentration, high degradation efficiency, and long service life, and is suitable for electrochemical oxidation to remove difficult to degrade organic pollutants in water.

The product adopts P-type single crystal silicon (low resistance 0.05 Ω∙ cm) substrate or niobium, titanium and other substrates, with boron doping concentration up to 10000ppm, maximum diameter of Φ 150mm, and other sizes can be customized, such as circular, rectangular, grid, gear, hole, surface groove, etc. When the thickness of the conductive diamond film is 5-10 μ m, the lowest resistivity is 0.01 Ω∙ cm, and the acceleration life is over 400h; When the maximum thickness of thick film (self-supporting film) is 500 μ m, the lowest resistivity is 0.1 Ω∙ cm, and the performance is more stable.
