Processing Products for Automotive Steering Systems
Mainly used for rough grinding of worm threads for steering gears and ball paths for automotive steering screws, polishing of inner surfaces of end caps for automotive power steering pumps, starters, etc., and micro arc polishing of pressure discs.

Ceramic CBN grinding wheel has high grinding efficiency, is not easy to burn the workpiece, has good shape retention, and can be used for carbon fiber and steel matrix substrates. Mainly suitable for grinders such as JUNKER.
Polishing slurry has high polishing efficiency, good product suspension performance, excellent micro arc polishing surface shape control and scratch control, rich product specifications, and can provide customized material liquid integrated or separated products according to actual needs. Main compatible grinders: LAPMASTER, MELCHIORRE, HAMAI, etc.
